Continuous growth can be challenging to achieve, especially while simultaneously trying to improve profitability. I help companies investigate opportunities that they might have overlooked through qualitative and quantitative approaches to achieve healthy sustained growth.
Project example: A restaurant chain was looking for an innovative way to drive revenue while reducing investments. Through extensive market research and industry participants interviews, I identified a market potential of $5 Billion and an approach to reduce investment by 60%.

Expansion to China
Launching new products in emerging markets can be difficult, especially for companies that don't have a presence in those markets. I help clients launch their products in China by navigating them through commercial and cultural challenges.
Project example: An international pharmaceutical company planned to launch a new therapy in China through a distributor. I formed the launch plan including proposed pilot cities, marketing, and sales strategy. I also collaborated and obtained buy-in from the client's teams across the US, Australia, UK, along with their distributor in China.

Startup acceleration program
In order to incubate startups more effectively, accelerators need to tailor their acceleration programs to accommodate the needs of the business and the founders. I help accelerators design and operate tailored incubation programs and as well as build a network with the leading venture investors.
Project example: An accelerator wanted to improve its existing startup acceleration program. I designed and ran the 2019 Fall Acceleration program with a high level of customization to the founders' needs.

Fundraising

A business can have the right people and strategy but still, fail due to a lack of funding. I help early-stage companies identify venture investors and effectively build their case to secure funding.
Project example: A liquor business needed capital injection in order to launch a new business line. I led the production of a C-suite level fundraising presentation, including market size and trend analysis, business model assessment, financial projection, and company valuation.
